A nice Century runabout and Richard Mitsch's stretched Yankee Tender. Rags Ragsdale sent Richard a torn Bermuda mainsail that he used to make this sailing rig for Orca. Orca sported a new muffler this year for her ancient Clinton lawnmower engine.

Bob Mitsch lounges in his stretched Yankee Tender, reading The Dory Book and Building the St. Pierre Dory while dreaming of grander boatbuilding projects to come. Forest Lee brought his VW powered launch Putt-Putt again this year (not shown), as well as this interesting power dory. The Tradewinds Kingfisher was all dolled up, for the festival I suppose. A pioneer of the Oregon charter fleet, she's been fishing out of Depoe Bay since 1941.

A poor picture of the entrance to Depoe Bay (if I'd had the nerve to walk out on that roof...). That's the open ocean out there just past the narrow dogleg channel.
