John's Easy Chicken and Broccoli Bake 4 Chicken Thighs, skinned 1 Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup 1 1/4 Cup Water 3/4 Cup Texmati Rice, rinsed and drained (or use a lesser long grain rice) 1 Cup Chopped Onion 1 Cup Broccoli Pieces, cut fairly small 1/2 Tsp Salt Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste 1/2 Tsp Paprika Lightly grease an 8" square baking dish. Mix together, in the dish, the soup, water, rice, onion, broccoli, salt and pepper. Place the chicken thighs on top of the mixture and sprinkle the paprika over everything.
